Men, groomsmen, are simple creatures that can be ready and dressed for a wedding ceremony in a matter of minutes.
I know, that for my wedding day, the longest part of the process was realising that my shirt needed to be ironed plus Andrew was arriving late. With all of that we still got there an hour early with time to spare.
So what is something special the grooms can do on the wedding day to feel groomed and to look sharp, that doesn’t include getting nails and makeup done?
At the recent Queensland Brides Wedding Expo I met Dawn and Vic Scafidi who run a business called “Vic’s Groom Service.”
Vic provides a fun and unique experience for the men/grooms/page boys on the wedding day and as an experienced groomsman, groom and celebrant, I think a service like this is a great way for the grooms team to have some fun on the day as well.
We come to you, where you are getting ready, and treat you to a relaxing shave with hot towel before and after the shave and also aftershave cologne. We also bring something a little bit vintage for the gents, our Antique Barber Chair.
Check out Vic’s website at vicsgroomservice.com.au. This blog post is not solicited or paid for, but Vic did give me a sharp looking shave at the expo!
